The personal touch of the staff was astonishing, like when the butler had a special surprise set up for my birthday, it felt as though they really knew me. The afternoon tea experience was incredible, particularly thanks to the Tea Sommelier who gave me a detailed rundown of each tea option like a true connoisseur, it was an intimate touch in a lavish setting

It definitely wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly worth every penny.

A beautiful property with attentive staff, but dining experiences fell short. The breakfast options were limited, and service was inconsistent. Enjoyed a lovely evening at the pool, and a special thanks to Kshitij for his excellent butler service. Future guests should be aware of dining wait times.

Room had a lovely view and was beautifully furnished. Beach access was a bit complicated, needing to go through a tunnel. Enjoyed the kids' club. Dining options were fantastic, especially the themed dinner nights.

I spent three nights here and appreciated the food selections at the dining options. The service stood out during a dinner when I felt looked after by the staff. As a single traveler from New York, it felt like a welcome change after long days of exploration. I enjoyed the convenience of having a private beach club nearby.

Staying in a sea view room was extraordinary. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety, and Oksana made every morning delightful with her attentive service. The beach staff was genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, it was a slight inconvenience having to walk through the tunnel to reach the beach, and we faced some challenges with the concierge's response time on occasion. Overall, the experience was luxurious and memorable.

Check-in took longer than expected despite a manageable number of guests. The first room had an unpleasant musty odor that was truly off-putting, detracting from what should have been a relaxing stay. The air conditioning in the next room didn’t quite mask the residual smells, and the linens also lacked freshness, somewhat of a letdown during a premier stay. Plus, navigating the underground tunnel to the beach felt a bit tedious rather than luxurious, especially at peak times, which can cut into your downtime.
